Need a Vacation

I want to leave and take a warm vacation. And since a rather round number is coming up I think I need to go somewhere I've never been before and make some new memories.
I want to go to the 2 pubs and have a beer or a scotch and soda. Then walk down the street and look at the big horse that is in the middle of the town. And I want to have my picture taken in front of a giant banana and giggle until my stomach hurts. I want to just walk about and be somewhere new and somewhere that I think I should be...

And if you know where these things are...You win a big prize.

Imagine this Co-worker!

Um...coming to work every day and having a co-worker look like the spitting image of Sara Palin has got to be pretty amazing. I think it would be a test of strength.
But I think you have to milk it for what it is worth. I mean...how often do you get to become the poster child for Palin's Abstenence Education Program of Alaska.

he he he

My sister is a stitch!

My sister and her co-worker dressed up for Halloween like that indie classic Juno
MY SISTER...Juno.
If you know my sister, I love this smart snarky girl to the ends of the earth. I watched the movie and if I closed my eyes or thought about it...the dialog could have been something that came straight out of her mouth. Let's just say Mimi and Diablo Cody could be twin sisters of different mothers. (like Jen Lancaster and I could be the same also)
And ...it's just a big old Tupperware bowl.

My true feelings about retail at the holiday season

I"m not very lady-like about my feelings, but it's better coming from a Orangutan than fom me. Because... deep down inside, this holiday retail season is making me feel like a big old angry crazy monkey.
only a few more weeks....

Mighty Fine...

Sunday Supper!
Yes, Beer and Chinese food. If you have a problem with that...I feel bad for you. It is a flavor meld that really works.
I'm thinking Kung Pao with Leinies
Moo Shu Pork with A dark beer like Berghoff or stout
or even Pork Egg Foo Young with an amber ale.
Any other pairing suggestions?
